What’s Going On in North Georgia?

Between David Pennington’s botched news-conferences, Debbie Dooley’s strange trip north, and real-estate ‘magnate’ Ray Boyd offering $5,000 to any journalist brave enough to show up to his press conference, there’s some odd political theater going down up in the mountains of North Georgia.  The latest page in the story saw  former Whitfield County GOP Chairman Phil Neff call out both Nathan Deal and David Ralston, and then go on to disparage  Ralston’s father, the late Willard Ralston, a former clerk of court in Gilmer County who was well respected throughout the region.  We’re not sure what’s in the water up there, but for Pennington and Tea Party/Debbie Dooley front-man Sam Snider, the ship is rapidly SINKING…
