Chick-fil-A Founder Truett Cathy Passes Away

Our condolences to the family of Chick-fil-A founder Truett Cathy, who passed away early Monday morning at the age of 93.  Since its inception in 1946, (then known as the Dwarf House) Cathy saw Chick-Fil-A rise to become the nation’s number one chicken restaurant.  A sad time for Cathy’s family, friends, and for the whole city of Atlanta, but for his accomplishments and charity to the city we will always remember Truett Cathy as a man whose ship was RISING…
