Secret Service Drops the Ball (again)
The story that White House Security allowed an intruder to jump a fence, run across the lawn, and somehow actually make it inside before being detained raised eyebrows across the nation. Now another fumble by Secret Service here in Atlanta is raising even more questions. Apparently a security contractor with a gun and three convictions for assault and battery was allowed on the same elevator as Barack Obama during his recent trip to the CDC, a fact which was only revealed after questioning the man following an incident in which he refused to stop recording the President on his cell phone. Another black eye for a Secret Service team that sees its ship SINKING…
