Former President Visits Atlanta

Former President George W. Bush flew into Atlanta on Veterans’ Day to address a dinner to benefit The Miracle League which assists disabled children to play baseball. The 43rd president gave every attendee a copy of his just- released book “41 A Portrait of My Father” — the story of his dad, former President George H.W. Bush. Also in attendance were possible presidential candidate Dr. Ben Carson and Gov. Nathan Deal. Bush, while not criticizing his presidential successor directly, warned that Islamic terrorism is “evil” and that it is the duty of the leader of the free world “to confront and defeat it.” With his new book promotion tour, the ex-president’s boat is … RISING.
