Jack Kingston, R-Ga., came to the state Capitol on Jan. 12 to see and be seen, leading to immediate speculation about the almost-successful 2014 GOP U.S. Senate primary candidate’s future political plans. He ostensibly was visiting to witness the swearing-in of his brother-in-law, state Rep. Ben Watson.
