While that Yankee rodent Punxsutawney Phil may have gotten spooked at the sight of his own shadow and predicted another dreary 6 weeks of winter, Georgia’s own General Beauregard Lee saw no such thing and thus you can be assured that Spring is on its way. I’m pretty sure ‘General’ out-ranks whatever position Phil holds, so at least down here in the Peach State we’re putting the coats away and our ships are RISING…
