Religious Liberty Under the Gold Dome… Again.

For months, people on both sides of the aisle have been taking aim at each other over proposed “religious liberty” legislation that would make it harder for the state to infringe upon citizens’ religious freedoms.  State Senator Josh McKoon (R-Columbus), however, added language in recently introduced S.B. 129 that opponents say would open the door to religious discrimination.  H.B. 218, sponsored by state Rep. Sam Teasley (R-Marietta), has similar language.  For now, widespread support in the Senate sees the boat carrying these bills and their supporters slowly RISING…
