If you listen closely you can hear the cheers from Atlanta residents, as Mayor Kasim Reed announced last week that the city would likely not be renewing ParkAtlanta’s contract when it expires next year.  The deal, which was a raw one signed by the city during the recession seven years ago, was paired with a hawkish and widely reviled crew of parking attendants who drew the ire of many an Atlantan during their reign of terror.  For the city and everyone who parks on its streets, a new era in parking and ticketing management means the ship is RISING…
