As North Carolina continues to come under fire for passing a bill that limits how local governments can pass rules designed to protect LGBT citizens, the Atlanta City Council is moving in on one lucrative event that might consider leaving.  The NBA All-Star Game, slated for February of 2017 in Charlotte, may consider moving if North Carolina moves ahead with its controversial legislation.  If so, Caesar Mitchell of the city council has already made overtures to the league, putting Atlanta up for consideration should the game, (and week of festivities preceding it) decide to look elsewhere.  An aggressive bid for business sees Atlanta’s ship RISING…
