Only half of a voter-approved $40 million will be available to Cobb County for purchasing public park land, after the rest of the money was redirected into stadium bonds for Suntrust Park.  The money, which was raised in 2008 as part of a park bond, was approved by voters, unlike the nearly $400 in taxpayer dollars used in the stadium deal.  Another red flag for Cobb Commission Chairman Tim Lee, who will have to face the music for better or worse on July 26th when his runoff with Mike Boyce comes to a conclusion.  For now his boat is DRIFTING…
