Georgia State’s football team has a ‘brand new’ stadium on the way in the form of a repurposed Turner Field, and now they have a brand new head coach to lead them there. The Panthers hired University of South Carolina offensive line coach Shawn Elliot on Thursday, making him the third football coach in school history.
