Piedmont Hospital, one of the southeast’s premiere medical facilities, is about to get a whole lot bigger.  The Georgia Department of Community Health Monday approved a $603 million expansion which will include a 16 story tower off Peachtree St.  $75 million of the money comes from the Marcus Foundation, and the new tower will be known as ‘The Marcus Tower’ for Bernie Marcus, the foundation’s founder.  For Piedmont Hospital receiving the largest healthcare project in state history has its ship RISING…
