South Georgia has long been home to elephants of the political variety, but it’s about to be home to the real thing.  Elephant Aid International, an organization that provides education and conservation for, well, elephants, decided on a new location for their new refuge, nearly 1,000 acres in Decatur County.  About 10 elephants rescued from captivity will live in the park, with more expected to join in coming years.  Elephants may not be a native species, but for them to find a home in the Peach State sees their ship RISING…
