With just days to go before the special election in Georgia’s 6th Congressional District, Jon Ossoff and Karen Handel look primed to move on to a runoff.
In a new poll from Opinion Savvy and Fox 5 Atlanta, Democratic candidate Jon Ossoff leads an 18 person field at 42%, with former Georgia Secretary of State Karen Handel running a strong second at 21%. Republicans Judson Hill and Bob Gray follow at 11% each, former state Senator Dan Moody at 9%, and no other candidate above 3%.
The poll also listed individual runoff matchups, as you can see below.
In an Ossoff/Handel runoff, Ossoff has 44%, Handel 42%, and 14 percent are undecided.
In an Ossoff/Gray runoff, Ossoff has 46%, Gray 45%, and 9 percent are undecided.
In an Ossoff/Hill runoff, Ossoff has 47%, Hill 44%, and 9 percent are undecided.
In a Ossoff/Moody runoff, Ossoff has 45%, Moody 48%, and 7 percent are undecided.
The poll conducted by Opinion Savvy surveyed 437 registered voters in the 6th District, and has a margin of error of 4.6 percent.
