Following months of complaints over late or missing mail, the United States Postal Service announced that Metro Atlanta postmaster Omar Coleman has been replaced.  Ashlea Meyer is the new head honcho for the city, and her first order of business will be to correct staffing shortages that are said to be at the root of the agency’s problems.  A change at the top may wind up a good thing, but more uncertainty at the troubled USPS has its ship DRIFTING…
