A piece of legislation recently approved by the Atlanta City Council would allow police officers to make arrests based on the vague notion of “threatening” or “intimidating” action.  The proposal, authored by councilman Michael Julian Bond, came about as a response to the infamous Charlottesville rallies over the summer.  However activists on both sides of the aisle have expressed worry, saying that such unclear language could infringe upon 1st Amendment rights.  Such a proposal has the council’s ship DRIFTING…
