When Puerto Rico was devastated by September, government officials scrambled to come up to the island’s aid.  Needing to supply food, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) gave a $156 million to Atlanta ‘entrepreneur’ Tiffany Brown to create and deliver some 30 million self-heating meals.  With zero experience in large-scale disaster relief that process was unsurprisingly an abject failure, with just 50,000 meals delivered out of the first batch due, (it was supposed to be 18.5 million!).  Brown’s contract was terminated on the spot, and while her incompetence is noteworthy it is the clearly botched contracting process from FEMA’s ship that is SINKING…
