The much anticipated ‘Brunch Bill’ passed by the General Assembly earlier this year is finally going to be on Atlanta ballots in November.  The Atlanta City Council last week voted 14-0 in favor of the measure, allowing residents to decide whether local restaurants should be allowed to serve alcohol at 11:00am on Sunday’s (as opposed to 12:30pm).  Expect a landslide victory for the proposal, which has Atlanta brunchers RISING…
