Early voting doesn’t begin for another two weeks, but already more than 9,000 absentee ballots have been mailed in by Georgians, according to numbers from the Secretary of State’s office.  A big absentee voting number could bode well for said Secretary of State, Brian Kemp, who is locked in an extremely tight race with Democratic rival Stacey Abrams to succeed Gov. Nathan Deal.  Absentee voting tends to skew Republican, so this news has the GOP’s hopes tenuously RISING…
