The Atlanta City Council this week again delayed a vote on approving the $5 billion plan that would transform the 40-acre Gulch area below State Farm Arena. As campaign season ramps up, the National Rifle Association (NRA) is hitting the trail with its Gun Bus Battleground Tour, where it will visit 13 battleground states backing candidates it says are staunch defenders of the 2nd Amendment.
