Mosquito season is here folks – and if you live in or around Atlanta, that’s very bad news. According to a recent survey from pest control giant Orkin, Atlanta is the top major city in the U.S. for mosquitoes, ranked by number of treatments served. That marks six straight years at the top for Atlanta, where it seems hot and humid are a bad, (or good if you’re a bug) mixture for mosquito breeding. Stockbridge City Council votes to oust mayor
The Stockbridge City Council voted Saturday to remove 23-year-old Mayor Jayden Williams from office, citing allegations of unauthorized spending on city cards, impeding investigations, and engaging in sexual misconduct with a high school student he “mentored.” Williams can appeal the decision to the Henry County Superior Court, but it seems assured that his political career is SINKING…
