An internal report released by the City of Atlanta Monday revealed a series of violations committed by now-Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms‘ campaign in 2018.  The report points to several administration hires which circumvented city procedure, including former Chief of Staff Marva Lewis, who was paid out of federally regulated airport funds.  The investigation, performed by the city’s auditor and ethics offices, failed to actually interview Bottoms or make any definitive conclusions about the legality of the findings, so it is a bit of a paper tiger for now, but it nonetheless has the Atlanta administration’s ship DRIFTING…
