An interview turned into a scandal last Friday when the wife of Chatooga County Commissioner Jason Winters dumped soda over the head of a reporter who was in attendance for a budget meeting. Abbey Winters, who was charged with simple battery and disorderly conduct following the incident, was allegedly upset that the reporter, Casie Bryant of AllOnGeorgia, had made a Facebook post referencing a Paris vacation the Winters had recently taken.
