State officials and IAG contributors alike have preached the need to crack down on Georgia’s street gangs for years – and this week a big win was scored in that fight.  A joint federal and local investigation in Marietta led to the capture of Tony L. Menefee, the leader of a Cobb-based gang known as “Dem Marietta Boys.”  The arrest, which included a litany of drug and gun related charges, comes following a four year investigation that has netted 10 other arrests already.  While some in the media roll their eyes at the notion of a “gang crisis” law enforcement officials are clearly taking it very seriously.  RISING…
