The election saga continues in Georgia. Sunday, after three tries, a federal district court judge has finally set the record straight on wiping voting machines clean — at least for now. As reported in Monday’s InsiderAdvantage, Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr. issued an order Sunday stopping Union County officials from wiping voting machines. But an hour later, Judge Batten reversed his own order, stating that plaintiffs in the lawsuit against Governor Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had not named the county officials who controlled the voting machines.
