Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis hasn’t been on the job but a month, but she’s about to step fully into the national spotlight. Her office recently announced that it is opening an investigation as to whether former President Donald Trump violated state laws in a phone call he made to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger regarding election results. A similar call from South Carolina Sen. Lindsay Graham will also be investigated. A very high profile move for Willis, how she proceeds will see her star RISE or SINK on the national stage.
Loeffler to head SBA
Former U.S. Sen. Kelly Loeffler was the latest Georgian to be tapped by President-elect Donald Trump for a key role in his upcoming administration, in this case to head up the Small Business Administration.
