The liberal Major League Baseball commissioner’s decision to boycott Georgia by moving the All Star Game to Colorado is a crushing economic blow to the area of Truist Park, home of the Atlanta Braves. Cobb County Commission Chair Lisa Cupid is among a number of Democrats condemning the MLB move (due to its opposition to the election reform law passed by the Legislature). But local Democratic U.S. Reps Carolyn Bourdeaux and Lucy McBath don’t want to talk about it.. According to a Fox report, McBath and Bourdeaux both refused to comment on the decision that will cost their community $100 million in the middle of an economic recession. Georgia’s first female Senate Whip
As Democrats and Republicans swore in their leadership for the 2025-26 Biennium, one state senator made history. State Sen.
