Savannah’s largest hospital system, St Joseph’s, last week experienced a ransomware cyberattack that has continued to affect its computer systems. Much patient care is being documented using paper records instead of computer systems, causing delays which in many cases can prove dangerous.  Hospital officials have declined to comment on what, if any ransom was demanded by the hackers. Cyberattacks on hospitals have been increasing at an alarming rate in recent years, and now with another victim in Georgia cybersecurity upgrades can’t come fast enough.  SINKING…
