The race to replace Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms is heating up, with candidates reporting some big fundraising totals in their latest finance disclosures.  Dentons attorney Sharon Gay leads the way with just over $1 million raised, but some 65% of it came from a personal loan.  Just behind her is former Mayor Kasim Reed, with over $1 million as well, and Atlanta City Council President Felicia Moore follows the frontrunners with $720,000.  The race is still coming together, but strong starts have this frontrunning pack of three candidates RISING…
