The House Freedom Caucus, a conservative group of Congressmen that has made a big splash in Washington since its founding in 2015 by pulling the GOP further right, is expanding its reach.  In partnership with the Conservative Partnership Institute, the group is going national, building out the State Freedom Caucus Network across a handful of state legislatures including in Georgia.  Initial members include State Reps. Charlice Byrd, Emory Dunahoo, Sheri Gilligan and Philip Singleton; and state Sens.
