Just a few days after a former officer filed a federal lawsuit accusing the DeKalb County ethics board of racial discrimination and retaliation, the board’s chairwoman, Alex Joseph, announced her resignation.  Joseph cited concerns over lack of transparency and accountability by the board, which holds many of its meetings behind closed doors as “executive sessions.”  It’s never good to have ethics concerns swirling around an ethics board – this latest round has DeKalb SINKING…
