Gov. Brian Kemp is calling out a federal EV tax credit law for excluding all Georgia manufacturers, and calling on the state’s U.S. senators to help out.  Kemp says a “made-in-North America” requirement within the section of the Inflation Reduction Act that gives tax credits to EV manufacturers leaves out companies like Hyundai and Kia, which while not American-owned companies are seriously ramping up production here in Georgia.  “These rules choose winners and losers,” Kemp said in his complaint.  The new rules have Georgia-based manufacturers SINKING…
