A legal battle over a homeless shelter in Brunswick, Georgia, on the state’s coast is bringing up 1st Amendment rights as both sides lawyer up.  City officials claim that “The Well,” a Christian homeless day shelter, is a public nuisance that attracts crime to the city’s downtown.  But the shelter does not violate any zoning laws and supporters say a federal lawsuit to try and have it shut down violates 1st Amendment protections.  With battle lines being drawn, the shelter’s future in the coastal Georgia city is DRIFTING…
