ATL311 Goes Live
ATL311 is the City of Atlanta’s new non-emergency call center, which opened its doors, (phone lines?) this week. The line allows citizens to call in complaints and concerns about non-life threatening issues; no longer will calls about a broken water main or code enforcement violations go to 911 operators.
