A pipeline spill in Alabama late last week is having an impact on surrounding states, and Georgia is no exception.  Gas prices spiked on Sunday as rumors swirled that many gas stations were running low on gas, which of course led to long lines and even less gas to go around.  Governor Nathan Deal reacted swiftly, petitioning the EPA for permission to allow truckers carrying gas to travel longer and later than normal.  A scary moment should turn out just fine, and Deal’s rapid reaction has his ship RISING…
