Christopher Wray of Atlanta was overwhelmingly confirmed by the senate on Tuesday to become Director of the FBI. The senate voted 92-5 on the confirmation of Wray to replace fired director James Comey. In his testimony, he stated that he would maintain his independence from President Donald Trump, thus allowing him to come into good terms with senators from both sides of the aisle. Wray told the senate judiciary committee that his loyalty is to the constitution, and the rule of law.  It’s yet another high profile Georgian in D.C., and with this new job Wray’s ship is RISING…
