Governor Guns Everywhere?

And since some folks (quite fairly) like to point out when we’re wrong, allow us a minor brag when we’re right. And we were right, over and again, about ‘the gun bill’ that just passed the legislature. …Sure enough, Georgia is taking a vicious beating in both state and national media for the ‘Guns Everywhere’ bill. Yes, most of that media is left-biased, but ‘that media’ is also where most undecided voters in statewide elections this fall will get their information. And while Republicans at the statehouse are busy glad-handing one another over the bill, they have left Gov. Nathan Deal in a brutal dilemma as he readies to battle for reelection. If he signs the bill, he will be widely portrayed as an ‘extremist.’ If he vetoes it, it will be seen by the Republican voting base as a slap in the face.
