Ex-DeKalb CEO Burell Ellis will be spending 18 months in the big house as a result of being found guilty on four charges after his June trial.  Ellis, who attempted to extort a county contractor for campaign donations and subsequently lying to a grand jury about the incident, will also receive 3 and a half years of probation following his prison sentence.  For Ellis, a fitting end to his sorry saga sees his ship SINKING…
