Later today the Cobb County Commissioners are expected to vote in favor of a new bus route circling between the Cumberland Mall area and the new Braves stadium nearby.  The project carries a taxpayer-funded bill of over $1 million, with critics decrying the move saying that it is public money being used for what is essentially a Braves shuttle.  A bus system was probably necessary with the lack of parking and the delays in a pedestrian bridge spanning I-285, but more taxpayer dollars helping a MLB franchise that certainly isn’t hurting for money sees this project’s ship DRIFTING…
