A Georgia House of Representatives special committee– presided over by Judiciary Committee Chairman Wendell Willard, R-Sandy Springs– starts hearings next Thursday (Sept. 8) on the Judicial Qualifications Commission and alleged misconduct. InsiderAdvantage is told that the hearings are scheduled to be each Thursday until the November election, and fireworks are expected when the actions of former JQC Chairman Lester Tate and his ally, ousted JQC executive director Mark Dehler, are probed.

A former JQC executive director, Jeff Davis, is slated to be a key witness and will address the actions of Tate and Dehler. InsiderAdvantage is also told the hearings will be covered live on House video feed.
