The City of Atlanta plans to legalize and regulate Uber rides at the airport, establishing a ‘ride share waiting area’ and an additional fee on rides.  Proponents say it will alleviate traffic make cars easier to identify while critics have already called out the move as a licensing scheme, saying that over-regulation won’t help anyone when the system currently in place is fine.  The Atlanta City Council transportation committee will discuss the proposal Wednesday, but from here the idea is DRIFTING…
