Even though he just got around to sending his resume to University System Board of Regents members last Friday in anticipation of being named president of Kennesaw State University, a “Say No to Sam Olens” protest is scheduled for noon today on the KSU campus green. And even though the Regents haven’t announced a selection process, Olens appears to have the backing of the governor along with a wide circle of influential friends– especially in his home turf of Cobb County where the university is located.
