The University System Board of Regents will be naming Attorney General Sam Olens as the new president of Kennesaw State University, since he was the sole candidate for the job. That has led to speculation that Economic Development Commissioner Chris Carr has the inside track to be appointed attorney general by Gov. Nathan Deal. But, if that occurs, the question then looms: Who would become Georgia’s new economic development czar?
