Yesterday, InsiderAdvantage published a primer on the proposed Constitutional Amendments that will appear on the 2016 General Election Ballot. Previously, House Speaker David Ralston (R-7) has said he supports passage of all four amendments. Considering he’s the Speaker in a Republican-dominated House in a Republican-dominated state, this makes sense. But what about the aforementioned Democrat Minority Leader? Earlier this week, the House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams (D-89) released a paper detailing her position on all four amendments.
