Likely surprising no one, the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) issued the results of its survey on Friday and the number one issue of concern was transportation. During the State of the Region breakfast, the ARC released the results from the 27 question survey of 5,416 residents across the 13-county area.
Conducted by the A.L. Burruss Institute of Public Service and Research at Kennesaw State University, the survey asked about a range of issues – including crime, the economy, education, health and human services. Transportation was named the top issue overall, by 24.5% of respondents. Crime followed closely behind though, coming in tops for 22.8% of respondents.
