The selection by President-elect Donald Trump of U.S. Rep. Tom Price, R-Ga., to be his Health and Human Services secretary next year has naturally roiled the political waters regarding who might run in a special election to succeed him. The Republican-dominated district consists of part of Cobb County (the largest voter turf), north Fulton County and a chunk of north DeKalb County. It could be one of the most expensive special elections in Georgia history.
