InsiderAdvantage has learned that the Georgia Court of Appeals has awarded  Joe Rogers Jr., chairman of Waffle House, substantial legal fees in the sensational case where he was sued by his former housekeeper, Mye Brindle, for sexual harassment after she made a secret video tape of an encounter. This is a defeat for the two lawyers who urged the housekeeper to make a video for an encounter. They were later indicted by a Fulton County grand jury for trying to extort money from Rogers and for urging the hiding of the camera to film Rogers.

The appeals court is also sending the case back to Cobb County for a trial. In the meantime, InsiderAdvantage is told by sources that the State Bar of Georgia is aggressively probing the actions of the two indicted lawyers involved in this sex tape case.
