The nation’s most expensive Congressional race will come to a head over the next three weeks, punctuated by a debate schedule featuring four head to head meetings between Karen Handel and Jon Ossoff.
Handel confirmed the four debates, (with three televised) on Wednesday, but Ossoff’s campaign has not yet officially agreed to all of them. Ossoff originally challenged his Republican foe to a series of 6 debates. As of now, the WSB debate on June 6th and the WABE/PBA30 debate on June 8th are the only ones confirmed by both parties.
Expect to see more of the same attacks fly at the meetings, with Handel pointing to her edge in experience and Ossoff attempting to tie his opponent to President Trump.
