The Georgia Log Cabin Republicans have filed ethics complaints against Atlanta Mayor-elect Keisha Lance Bottoms, alleging that she fraudulently used some $40,000 of taxpayer money on her campaign and that she altered donation dates to avoid disclosing the identities of some of her contributors prior to election day.
