Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr hopes to strengthen the state’s ability to investigate and prosecute Medicaid fraud.
Wednesday, Carr joined a bipartisan group of 48 other attorneys general in asking Congress to ease federal restrictions that limit states’ ability to investigate and prosecute the abuse and neglect of Medicaid beneficiaries.
